More than three dozen dancers had all the right moves, when it comes to feeding locals in need.

Ingram Senior Center dance instructor Marie Cammarata choreographed “Showstopper” dance routines for the Salem Lions Club’s fund-raiser, “Dance for Hunger,” held April 1 at the center. Performers ranged in age from 40-76 and included 22 dance aerobics dancers and 16 tap dancers. They performed routines called “Hippy Aerobics,” “Rock and Roll Tappers” and the finale was the “Showstopper” with all 38 dancers.

All donations benefitted Salem food pantries.
