SALEM HIGH SCHOOL Seniors of the Month

Alexis has been a member of the Salem High School Color Guard (2019 captain) and Salem Blue Winter Guard (2020 captain) throughout her high school years. She also taught a P.O.W.E.R program about Color Guard to eighth-graders interested in participating at Salem High School. Alexis is a dedicated Teacher Preparation student and an assistant teacher at the Wonder Years Learning Center. She is also a Color Guard performer in the 7th Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps in Connecticut. Alexis plans on attending Lesley University in the fall to major in elementary education and English.

Emma is the webmaster for Key Club, a founding member of the Sustainability Club, a member of the National Honor Society and participates in Robotics Club. Last year she interned at RWH Architects. She has been involved in gymnastics and soccer all four years of her high school career and was a captain for both this year. Outside of Salem High School, Emma works as a gymnastics coach at A2 Gymnastics and Cheer. She plans to major in civil engineering at Syracuse University next fall.

She plans on attending the University of New Hampshire in the fall and major in both psychology and education.
